WBD’s Special Projects Division specializes in new construction and commercial renovations. Our construction department has experience with varied sizes of projects, ranging from industrial and institutional, through to office and retail.
We have become experts at working in occupied space with minimized disruption, to allow for continued business operations during construction. Our project managers work closely with clients throughout the bidding and construction process to ensure goals are met on time and on budget.

GENERAL CONTRACTING
Using a collaborative approach, our in-house talent and qualified subcontractors are able to work with clients from inception and design, through to build and occupancy; start to finish with one cohesive team.
We are able to provide pricing based on contract documents/drawings and scope of work prepared by a design consultant or work with clients who need help to develop a scope of work and drawings where needed.
CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT
Taking the lead on construction management allows us to work alongside our clients and a design consultant during the pre-construction phase. This management approach gives us additional input around things like budgeting, project material selection and timeline. This approach also allows for a team approach and more assistance in obtaining good contract drawings, a proper scope of work and better assurance that project goals are realized.
GENERAL MAINTENANCE WORK
We work on a number of smaller projects and conduct regular maintenance work on-going. Whether it be replacing a few doors, hanging bulletin boards, or installing new flooring and re-painting a meeting room- nothing is too small for us.
